I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Condé Nast (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview was for a position as a marketing & public relations intern at one of the Conde Nast publications. The interview was fairly informal, taking place with a director and another employee. I was asked about my resume, my thoughts on the industry, and my view of social media. I demonstrated competence in these areas and was offered the position of intern.
There was one screening interview with an HR representative, and then one interview with a hiring manager. Neither one was more than 30 minutes. The HR representative called to offer the job.
Application process was pretty simple. First stage was the application, then you had a video task. Then a final interview. Advice would be to really research the company e.g recent news and understand the company values.
