The interview experience was overall negative. I had an initial call which was suppose to be informal however there were many competency based questions which was formal. Then I didn't hear from them for weeks after that initial call. Finally I heard back and they wanted to have a 2hr interview that week to combine all the other interviews which included a presentation about a piece of work, interview with 2x designers and interview with Product and Eng. Throughout the interview it felt like the people who joined the call to interview me only found out about it on the day and it all felt unorganised. The whole experience was unorganised, lacked communication and gave many red flags to me.
