I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Condé Nast (New York, NY) in Mar 2022
Interview
HR 30min video screening: Lady was late, and clearly distracted and doing something else on her computer.
Second round: Person I would be reporting to. Was fine, guy was tough but I was prepared.
Then submit assignment - case study
Third round: 2 people who you would be working with.
I did not receive an answer from HR after my last interview - I followed up twice and no answer.
So rude and disrespectful to waste someones time and not even have the decency to reply to an email after 3 rounds.
This is a really telling sign of what kind of company they are.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Condé Nast in Nov 2019
Interview
Got in touch with HR, who did a screening with regards to background etc. An interview was set up with the hiring manager. It was a semi-casual one on one interview.
