Interview
Although I didn’t get the job, my interview experience was really good. The process felt well-structured and engaging, with a task that was challenging but didn’t feel exploitative—it was clear it was designed to assess my skills rather than just get free work.
The team I interacted with was very friendly and welcoming. Even as a candidate, I felt valued and respected throughout the process, which speaks volumes about their company culture.
After the interview, I requested feedback, and they provided an exhaustive and thoughtful response.
Overall, it was a positive experience, and I came away with a lot of respect for the organisation. If you’re considering applying, I’d highly recommend it!
