      Client Services Manager Interview

      Aug 5, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Connecture

      Interview

The initial conversation was with the recruiter to see if I had the knowledge and skills that they were looking for. This initial call was very conversational and could tell the recruiter wasn't simply telling me what I wanted to hear as this gave me a good understand of what to expect as an employee in the Client Services role. This was followed by a phone screen with the hiring manager which was also very conversational. The final step was a face to face interview at the office. This was straight forward and not too difficult if you know what's required of the position. Very casual company as everyone dressed comfortable and seemed too get along well.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked specifically about my health insurance exchange experience and how I handled communication between the internal team and clients.
