Stage 1. Phone call with Talent Acquisitions who went over the role and asked questions about my experience and current situation. They were very resourceful and understandable of my situation.
Stage 2. Interview with Managing Director of EMEA and APAC, very outgoing and likes to hear your view of the current media landscape and understanding of the measurement types MMM, Incrementality.
Stage 3. Presentation Interview with technical and non technical, senior teams including VP and MD (4 people+) . Presented my 90 day onboarding plan. They ask questions around Google Analytics, how you prioritise your work and operate day to day. The Interview was really good as we would speak back and fourth and was not intense.
Stage 4. Interview with senior team members from Germany office. Very insightful into the business and shared the vision.
