Conquest Capital Partners interview questions

3 People with no knowledge in HR but super nice. The questions they asked were as lame as possible - Where I see myself in 5 years seemed to interest all of them. Cleary, it does show the person's perspective, brain, and abilities. Especially, when you apply for a EA role. However, they failed to follow up even after I sent them a nice letter asking to enlighten me about the process. I got an offer from another company and just wanted to see whether they were interested in proceeding further. Nope, never answered. Which is a total disrespect.
