communication test, Technical round. Question asked was relevant. The interviewer asked few IFRS, one is 5 steps rev recognition method, lease accounting, basic journal entries. more of an F&A profile, then actually controllership role.

Deferred revenue, outstanding salary, foreign exchange reporting gain or loss on month end. IFRS 15 & 16. Salary & rent variance mostly on trend analysis & how do you report to client. How will you say this is an abnormal or normal variance.
