Conservation Corps interview questions

A team member adamantly disagrees with you over construction of a project. You are unable to convince them otherwise, how do you deal with the disagreement? Conservation aims to reach out to excluded groups and open them up to the possibility of the outdoors and enjoying nature. How will you help the park system to become more diverse? What does conservation mean to you? What do you hope to gain from this position? You and your crew have to build a project and it is the beginning of the day. With 6hrs left in the summer heat, how do you help your team finish the project? A team member is walking away from the project every 15 minutes on a phone call. How do you address the situation?
