Multiple interviews and the CEO is the last person to interview you. He spent the whole time asking me to interview him. He really loved to talk about himself. The few questions he did manage to ask me he told me that my answer was incorrect. The first few interviews with other departments lasted around 3 hours each. They all talked about the CEO in a cult like manner.
