Uses a 3rd party employment agency to recruit- Randstad. Those people were professional, considerate, friendly, and communicative. That's where the positives end, unfortunately. Once I was at the phase of interviewing with on-site staff, they forgot about my interview. It took me emailing the Randstad staff asking where the interviewers were just to remind them. 8 minutes after that, (at 21 minutes into the scheduled start time), one of the two individuals finally shows up. No prepared questions, he just winged the whole thing. Didn't even have my information/resume/application on hand. In spite of that, I was progressed to the "final interview" (the 4th one at this point). This final interview consisted of a tour of the facility. The interviewing seemed to go well, as did all the previous ones (once attended). I was told they would let me know by the end of the following week. That was over two weeks ago. Not a peep since, but the position was removed from postings. The Randstad staff was asking me if I had heard anything, so they obviously have strained communication with the client. Feedback for Randstad; stellar, keep up the good work! Feedback for CI; keep your commitments (interview times & follow up). I would also suggest you don't confess that you're "anti-big-government" to a Safety and Compliance applicant. It's a big red flag.
