I applied, and heard back within a few days. Employer was responsive at first. Came in for an in-person interview, to which no one was in their front office. I had to awkwardly try to get someone's attention. Everyone was very friendly and personable. Then the interview was conducted. Went OK, at least I think. Then there was nothing. I didn't get ANY communication whatsoever on the status of my application. I tried to follow up, but to no avail. Really disappointing. I assume that I was rejected, but it would have been nice to get some sort of communication or feedback.
