1. Screening with the recruiter, covering all details from the application (inc. salary)
2. Interview with the group practice director
3. Another interview with the role counterpart
4. A final stage with the same people which was a re-hash of stages 2 and 3, so a little confusing to me as we discussed the same topics and it looked that way due to a lack of preparedness
5. Job offer made, but at a different level and considerably lower salary. The difference in the job spec was a very technical change it seemed a little suspicious, as I was not asked about this responsibility throughout the entire process
6. I discussed the details with the group practice director and the recruiter emailed the offer in writing. In spite of some red flags, I believed there to be potential due to the people within the practice and their desire for growth. My response was a timeline request and draft contract
7. The recruiter has since ghosted me. This has been the most unprofessional experience in my 11 years of working and I would highly advise that others do not waste their time on this company. To take people through a medium length process and not respect their time spent is not a great sign of their values (coupled with the fact it's simply not ethical to offer somebody a job to never contact them again).
