Applied online. Got acknowledgement. Months went by -- fell through cracks -- so wrote hiring manager. He immediately setup phone interview. Then, scheduled panel interview. Presentation of case study to panel playing various roles went well overall. The panelists who were most positive saw a fit and explained why. The ones who weren't so positive had less experience, seemed to bristle but wouldn't say why. Hiring manager advised a month later that they passed on me. Encouraged me to keep in loop, apply to other positions. Did so. No action taken by Control Risks on any of these despite other hiring managers' evident interest.
