I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Cook Medical Inc (Bloomington, IN) in Jul 2012
Interview
Met with 6 people: 1 from HR, and others from RA department. Each person spent 30 minutes to interview me. I was interviewed for the country-specialist, so I had a little bit of "skill test" on my language proficiency. I wouldn't say there was much of stress involved in the process. People were all friendly and made me feel welcome.
