I was from out of town so the round 1 interview was a phone interview whereby the questions were pretty standard (review of resume and cover letter, why did you want to join the company etc); round 2 (if you pass round 1) was on site in bloomington with HR and more time with the hiring manager. On site interview was fully paid for (including airfare, ground transportation).

Clear and fast moving. The HR is professional and nice.
There are 4 round of interview: HR-->Line Manager in APAC-->Another Line Manager in APAC-->Local GM. After that, they release offer really fast.
3 interviewed, 2 of which were senior managers and one from HR. Mainly competency based questions, nothing out of the ordinary. Lasted about 45 min, and heard back from them within 2 days.
