Applied online. Had an interview with HR to go over benefits/pay. I was asked about my previous work. In-person interview - had to make a presentation about "Something I like to do" In-person interview (final) - had to make a presentation about "One Cook product" The process was very fast and efficient. Everything was done in a 2-4 weeks tops.
