Very welcoming and accommodating straight from the get-go. Referred to the right people and had the pleasure to go through an easy process of multiple interviews. I had some emergencies during my interview timeframe and they were happy enough to work with me to proceed with the interview

I was called by a lady called "Else" , it was supposed an interview about a PHP developer , she asked me about the culture in netherlands and why i want to go there ..... i was shocked !! it was supposed to be an interview for a PHP position, it should be mainly a technical discussion , any other aspect of discussion can come at later stages but at least the interviewer should check if the interviewed has the capabilities to resolve the technical issues of the company !!!
