Cooperative Managed Care Services interview questions

The HR Rep is outstanding with interview process, and very thorough with explaining your details of your benefits. She made it seem more like a visit instead of an interview. She also was very prompt in letting you know the salary you would be looking at and also when to expect her decision of hiring, which she stood by and was within the time frame given. She was one of few HR reps that I have met in my work life that made it easy and was up front about what they needed and wanted out of an employee.

HR Manager screened me in phone interview and then I went for an interview face-to-face with the Case Manager Supervisor who introduced me to the Medical Management Director. I was asked basic interview questions like what my manager would say about me, what I would be paid to do if I could do anything, why this company and position and where I see myself in 5 years.
