      I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cornell University (Ithaca, NY) in Mar 2013

      Interview

      Cornell Store: 1 interview approx. 30 mins. I worked at the TechConnect so most questions were about technological products. They asked if I worked in retail before, if I am keep up new devices like new iPhone, every year etc. Conference services: 2 interviews. (1st one-on-one, 2nd group). First interview is behavioral. They ask basic interview questions like what are you strengths and weaknesses, why should we hire you? etc 2nd round is group interview. You do activities (games, customer-assistant role-play) in a group.

      Interview

      You have to look for the position in the student employment website. Then send them an email. 99.9% of time they will get back to you(with good or bad news). But at least they get back to you. Half hour interview with the staff. They mostly talk about what you are interested in. You don't have to dress up too formal or formal at all.
