Phone screen. Then onsite presentation and 7-8 one-on-one interviews. Response regarding outcome within one week. Onsite interview duration is almost a full day, which can be tiring. Make sure you have a good breakfast (during the lunch interview, lunch may not be your highest priority at that moment).

Mostly behavioral questions. Some technical questions in your area of expertise.
One to one interview. The interview was very organized. It is more like communication. The guy also introduced a lot about the job. I can see they really want me to join them in the future.
