I interviewed during the height of Covid. Further interviews could be completely different. I interviewed in a four (4) hour block with 8 different department heads/peers of my future department all lasting about 30 minutes. These interviews were completed via phone/video. I found the process less than desirable due to enjoying human interaction, but with covid-19 no other option was available. However, despite my initial distain for the video interviews, the interviewers immediately made me feel comfortable. They were all laid back interviews that made me feel right at home and each interviewer allowed me to ask numerous questions to them about their career and life balances with the company.
