    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Corporate Risk Solutions (Kansas) (Lenexa, KS) in April 2013.

    Interview

They use Dr. Mercer's approach and pre-qualify you before a face to face with passing some psychological and Office products online tests. That took 5 hours online. If you get past 'stage' one, you are brought in for more tests and questions; about 5 hours. Quite gruelling, and too methodical. Company is trying to grow very fast. Probably too fast. They expect 55-60 hour work week.

    Interview Questions
