The interview process was not particularly rigorous – there was no phone screening, simply a one-to-one in-person interview . The interviewer did not seem very well prepared and it was clear he had not conducted many interviews before, as each question was very much what you would expect from a textbook interview. With such standard questions, it was difficult to show much personality or stand out in the field. I was very disappointed by the company's lack of follow through, as I traveled for the interview specifically and received no follow up about the process, even to let me know I had not received the position. I'm not sure if this is indicative of the business' practices overall, but for a company that is meant to conduct marketing and sales that require rigorous follow through, I am disappointed to see that they cannot even follow up with people who take the time to interview with them in person. Overall a negative experience.
