I interviewed at Corrs Chambers Westgarth (Sydney)
Interview
The atmosphere was remarkably relaxed and laid-back during the interview. The interviewer took a conversational approach, which made it feel more like a friendly chat than a formal assessment. Instead of sticking to a strict set of questions, they engaged in a dialogue about my resume, allowing for a natural flow of ideas and insights. This informal tone helped me feel more comfortable and open as we discussed my experiences and qualifications.

Interview
The interview was fine however at the conclusion of the interview, they told me they would come back to me early the following week. I never heard back from them, even after reaching out to them in the following week/s via phone and email. They completely ghosted me after the interview. A disappointing candidate experience - they should have had the courtesy to let me know I was unsuccessful.
