The Costa Coffee interview felt relaxed and informal, with a friendly, chatty atmosphere. The interviewer asked about my personality, customer service skills, and availability, making it feel more like a conversation than a formal interview.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Costa (Wembley, England)
Interview
The interviewer made me feel comfortable, it took place in the cafe which made me feel less nervous because many people were around. I found the process easy because the manager was so polite and respectful they created a positive environment for potential staff members.
