Four stages. Phone interview, interview with regional then with a director plus day in store with area manager. Once all completed offer made on the phone from recruitment team. Within a month of first phone interview.

Telephone Screen, 1st Interview, On the Job experience with an Area Manager, 2nd interview followed by a sign off interview with the Ops Director. Over all I was able to gauge the culture and direction of the business
