Contacted by HR for a phone screen two weeks or so after I applied, asked to complete a written test by email that week, asked in for an in-person interview the next week. Interviewed with HR, the two people who would be my direct superiors, and the Vice President in charge of the department.

Interview
I applied online with a cover letter and resume. Two weeks later I heard back from their HR representative and scheduled a pre-screen interview with HR about 15 minutes the next week. After that I had a 30-minute video interview a week later with two deputy directors of the department. The questions consisted of my experience, working style, etc. After that, I had a 30-minute interview a week later with the managing director of the program as a final round interview. The HR representative then sent me a writing test, which I found to be straightforward but a bit of a time crunch (1 hour and 15 minutes for a 5-part test). The test consisted of samples of things I would be asked to write if I got the job.

Short call with HR, an hour long test, interviews with HR and team members. If I had moved past this stage, there would have been an additional interview with the director.
