Cox Automotive Europe interview questions

I recently went through the interview process at Cox Automotive Europe, and I would like to share my experience for the benefit of both candidates and the company. While I appreciate the opportunity to showcase my skills through a case study, I believe there are areas where the process can be enhanced to better engage passionate candidates. I found that a significant portion of my time was devoted to designing a case study. However, there was a perceived lack of clarity in the expectations, leading to some frustration. Clearer communication on what the company is seeking in the case study would greatly benefit candidates. I observed a potential gap in recognizing candidates' passion. It would be beneficial for the company to have a more transparent and inclusive approach, ensuring that candidates who bring passion to the table are acknowledged and taken seriously throughout the hiring process.
