I interviewedwith this group a few times and felt I was judged against my age (late 5 0s)...I felt that they thought Iwas "too old" and while I certainly qualified for the job, a younger candidate was selected. I left the working world to take care of my mother and that effectively made it much more difficult to re-enter the working world. Double edged sword...I did what I needed to do as a dutiful daughter and the world turned its back on me.
