My interview experience at Craft Docs was notably positive, encompassing a culture interview, a technical assignment, and a depth of expertise interview, all in one day.

Q: What do you know, like and not like about the Craft Docs product?
I will start with the same exact words used in another interview review - "They claim that they respect your time. They most certainly do not". There are 5 interview steps. I've got far ahead to the culture fit interview ( 3th step ). Screening and one hour talk with Engineering Manager were OK. Culture fit interview was definitely a disaster. They try to gauge how well you function in a team using same questions ( or at least same topics ) from the previous two rounds. Asking the question - "How do you describe and define your culture" was answered with - "People who think like us". Got rejected with the following reasons: "It took him 13 minutes to answer 2 questions". The overall difficulty and the whole process is as described... "Pointless".
