The interview will take place very quickly due to the fact that they will hire any person who applies. Craft & crew will hire whoever shows the slightest interest in working with them because they have no problem using and abusing people until they have no further use for that individual. Human beings are a replaceable commodity to this ownership group.
They will also make all sorts of promises during the interview that they have no intention of actually delivering upon. The owner will grossly exaggerate the bonus potential, working hours, work life balance, company culture, and benefits. The president will use all sorts of buzzwords about "core values" The HR team will be absolutely delightful, and do an incredible job selling the company and "potential for advancement."
Please just know that in practice, and in reality, it is all a lie.
