Starts with aptitude, GD and personal Interview. Finally chose the best. Interview channel is proper and open. There is no politics in interview.

Interview
Interview process is like general aptitude round followed by face to face interview. The aptitude round was bit intermediate and after clearing it there would be a f to f interview of questions asked only from what you have mentioned in the CV.
