Credit Saison India interview questions

It was smooth, they have 5 rounds, starting with Basic HR, Hiring manager, Case study+PPT/Behavioural round and closing round with Senior stake holder. All rounds were conversational and not time bound. They really want to understand if you know lending space.

The interview process was not handled well at all. My first round was rescheduled twice, and even after multiple follow-ups, HR only got back to me after a week. For the second round, I was told over phone that it would be held the next day, but no invite or email was ever sent. I tried contacting HR multiple times, but received no response. It felt like candidates’ time was not respected, and the lack of clarity caused unnecessary stress. The HR team seriously needs to improve communication and coordination.
