Screening and then to hiring manager. 30 minutes for the first and hour for the second. Very easy to schedule and all done remotely. Not sure about the process beyond that.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Crete United (Clearwater, FL) in Jan 2025
Interview
30 minute Teams interview with recruiter, Finance rep, and then VP of accounting followed by an in person interview with the subsidiary. Crete is a private equity backed conglomerate swallowing up many smaller businesses. The PTO policy was initially advertised by the recruiter as unlimited. When I asked for the policy in writing I was given an email, which was later rescinded in lieu of 15 days. Was given an offer before the PTO policy was transparent, indicative of other bait and switch tactics. I immediately walked away.

I applied online. I interviewed at Crete United in May 2024
Interview
The first interview was with the recruiter, and he was extremely personable. The conversation was easy and allowed for substantial coverage of topics related to the job and company. The next two interviews with HR leaders were less personable and a bit more formal.
I was supposed to interview with someone again, but the recruiter ghosted me until I reached out to withdraw my candidacy.

Question 1
They asked standard benefits manager questions and never seemed to be happy during the conversation. In this scenario, I felt like I was asking them more questions to get to know the company than they were of me.
