I applied in-person. I interviewed at Crimson Building (Bedford, TX) in Oct 2016
Interview
It was a while back for the interview. CEO Eric Little interviewed me for the position. He had one interview to go, but decided I was the best candidate. He wanted to hire someone that would make his men happy,. He verbally offered me the job. He said he was very active in his church, a man of God, I could trust him. He would call me the next day to tell me when to start. Trust him. He did not call the next day, or the next. I turned down another job offer because I gave my word. I thought he did not get my thank you letter, so I hand-delivered a letter to the office. There was the young, young, young, new girl they had hired at the front, flirting with the men standing around her desk as she took my letter. I guess he made his men happy, after all. I would never trust this company to work for or do business with.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A lot of religious talk. Trying to convince the interviewee that this was a good and trustworthy company. A lot of reassurance that you are exactly what they are looking for.
This is a complete lie. I’ve never in my life told anyone that I wanted to “hire someone that would make my men happy”. I’ve never made anyone a verbal offer. And in 2016, we didn’t hire some woman to flirt. Not even remotely. Anyone who’s been to our office knows that this post is 100% untrue.
