its a long process of 3-4 hours , sometimes if one of the manager is not free , they might call you next day also , 1st round is the aptitude round , 2nd is the HR round (where she ll ask you about your personal information and about the company .. so go through the company website) , 3rd is manageral round where you ll be ask normal question from your resume and the last will be with the client head , there you ll be given a hypothetical situtation and they ll see how u deal with it.
