Waste of time. The manager continued the application proccess with a 1 day test plus an interview whereas he was convinced fromthe beggining I was not a right choice. He only wanted to know my current and past salaries, not carrying at all about my profile. He even interupt the interview to take call for a personnal Amazon delivery, once he hang-up he asked 'What were you saying again ?' The only feedback he made was about my salary 'I really don't understand why you are paid that much...' -> my answer 'It is just the average market salary.' Never again I will apply for this company.
