Cross River Bank interview questions

For a senior position, I would expect an interview process that better assesses actual abilities and experience. This was basically "if you spend enough time on Leetcode you'll pass". Same kind of thing I'd expect from a junior interview where there's nothing real-life to talk about. It wasn't bad, but it felt like the company was missing the opportunity to really get to know what a candidate could do for them.

One hour Zoom interview, two and a half hours home assignment, a face-to-face interview of one and a half hours, and after more than a month, they sent me a generic rejection email, and even added the link to their Glassdoor page so I could write a review. Complete lack of awareness.
