Usually you will get interviewed by the Assistant Manager, the Store Manager and the District Manager.
Prepare to be there for a while. They have 3 sheets of questions that are not yes or no answers. Most questions are fashion related.
You are asked to go through a bin of clothes and pick merchandise that you will bring in to the store and price it.

Emailed my resume and cover letter and they responded the same day. The first interview was pretty straightforward. They asked me why I wanted to work there, what my hobbies were, and had me do a buy test. I then got called in for another interview with the general manager.
Had a quick 5 minute phone interview before being asked to come in for an in person interview. In store took a long time. About a 30 min wait in between the time that I got to the store and filled out some paperwork to the time that the manager called me back to her office. The interview took about an hour and included a buyer activity where you sort clothes in a yes and no pile. The yes pile, you have to list a price for each piece. The no pile, you say why it's a no.

I applied in the website and was scheduled for an interview. At the interview I spoke with the general/hiring manager.
During the interview you are asked basic work experience and personality questions. You also are given a box to go through and select clothes you would buy for the store.
