      Real Estate Specialist Interview

      Jun 5, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Denver, CO
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Crown Castle (Denver, CO) in Jun 2019

      Interview

A phone call interview took place first. It lasted approximately 20-25 minutes and was very pleasant, with the typical interview questions. Then a face-to-face interview took place at the local office with one interviewer in person, another teleconferenced in. Very nice and pleasant people again. Standard questions. I arrived early and they started the interview early so I didn't have to wait. I got a tour of the office. Overall, an easy experience.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Crown Castle (Mahwah, NJ) in Apr 2018

      Interview

The interview process was very easy. You meet with your manager and someone else to panel you. It was very technical at first then became very casual. We covered my resume at first and then got into technical items. Systems was important to the manager at the time.

      Real Estate Specialist Interview

      Nov 1, 2017
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Chicago, IL
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Crown Castle (Chicago, IL)

      Interview

Interview Process took 2 months (roughly). It started with an over the phone from HR, lead to an in person with 2 Directors and 3 specialists, which lead to a case study followed by an over the phone meeting to discuss the case study answers and then finally an over the phone final interview with 2 Directors. The final interview dictated everything and I could tell that one of the Directors was disinterested in my answers/the interview itself. He was driving in a car (over the phone interview) and was abrupt/abrasive. I could tell that he had made up his mind before the phone call even happened. This process took 2 months. I had to use PTO/Sick days for all of their interviews and the fact that the entire interview process didn't matter save for what a disinterested director had to say after a 35 minute phone call is simply ridiculous. This was an absolute waste of my time.
