Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at Crown Castle
The interview process was simple yet took a long time to go through. The hiring team was nice and they tried their best to make it friendly. The interview itself was average and questions asked were generic.
- Tell me of a time where you failed and how you overcome that challenge

First contact was a behavior interview with a recruiter. Next, there is a series of 3 follow up interviews with ascending leaders. This is concluded by a case study interview.
- What client-facing accomplishment are you most proud of?

I interviewed at Crown Castle (Virginia Beach, VA)
First interview was just 4 questions and you answer each on 1 min record that opens automatically after giving you 2 mins to get prepared for the answer , it’s confusing but gets better after you go through the questions
- 1- Difference between Post, put and get? 2- Difference between test scenario, test case and test step? 3- When do you report a log defect? 4- What do you do when a developer rejects a bug you reported? 5-

I applied online. I interviewed at Crown Castle (Chandler, AZ) in Aug 2023
High level screen interview with recruiter. Went over posting and reviewed the mandatory in office presence. Discussed compensation for returning to an office after being remote for 10 years. Talked about the weather.
- Previous experience, did I know anyone at crown, salary, benefits, etc.

I interviewed at Crown Castle (Downers Grove, IL)
The interview process has been great so far. I meet with two of the supervisors from my potential team on my first interview. I received a follow up within one day from the first interview.
- Describe a time you took lead on a project.

I applied online. I interviewed at Crown Castle (Houston, TX) in May 2023
This is review of poor excuse for a recruiter for interview number one in a long line of interviews and then a case study. Have you ever input data into templates. You better have me down to 2 or 3 candidates before I invest the time into a case study after recruiter insulted me due to lack of experience.
- Don't send a talent acquisition advisor I to speak with an adult. Seriously insulted with job descriptions going with degree plus years of experience and all she can do is answer with the highest level of education completed... And working off script to ask questions without any degree of intelligence about actual job.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Crown Castle (Houston, TX) in Apr 2023
I was immediately connected with the department manager for my first round of interview. There must have been a mix-up and she thought I applied at another position that I hadn’t even considered. The whole interview then turned confusing after we found out we are not on the same page. Hopefully it was just an honest mistake.
- Asked me if I have done research into the company and why I think I would be fit for the position

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Philadelphia, PA
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Crown Castle (Philadelphia, PA) in Apr 2023
I cant say too much. I have been trying to get into Crown for the last decade and have only heard back twice. Of those two times, my experience was great. But, then every time, the job got killed 1 step from the end. Their hiring portal is atrocious and you never hear back from anyone. Its shocking that as large as they are that they can't improve their standards to the 21st century. It's so disappointing because they treat their staff so well.
- n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/aa
