Recruiter reached out, was very transparent about the process and what they are looking for. Interview with 2 hiring managers that asked junior questions, almost borderline concerning if that was an indication of the bar of the current team. One HM was late and then left early which set an additional unprofessional tone. Another HM sent a word document with a use case that in no way had enough detail or information and was asked to share a screen and write test cases during the call. The problem statement itself was confusing and in no way was a good representation of a use case that would actually be seen and when asked questions to clarify, was met with ambiguity. The team recently transitioning to agile practices was apparent in the basic questions that were asked. Not hiring managers that the qa team can learn from in a bigger picture.
