Interview
The recruiter called to set it up after I had applied on Indeed and the interview was done by phone as well. Very nice and friendly interviewer. She made me feel comfortable
Incredibly unprofessional to end an interview with “sorry, my boss is calling, I’ll call you back in 10 minutes.” While I can appreciate that a recruiter’s time is valuable, a more appropriate response may be “sorry, I don’t quite think you are a fit for the position” instead of ghosting a candidate.
