I had a great time speaking with the Marketing Recruiter, who asked my about my previous work experience, career goals and what type of company culture I was looking for. The interview ended with the recruiter stating that they would like to bring me into the office for a face-to-face interview with the team and they would contact me by the end of the day to schedule a time. When I had not heard from the recruiter by the end of the day, I sent a follow-up email. After no response to the email, I sent another follow-up email a week later. Another week later, I left a voicemail (the recruiter had given me their number in case I had any additional questions) and never heard back. While I was initially interested, I have a feeling that the recruiter was just trying to meet their quota, and had no real interest in interviewing with me.
