This was for a role on their new games team. Overall it was a good and professional process. The recruiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the company and answered all of my initial questions quite well. It started with an online application (to which a former colleague referred me), then a phone screen and writing/strategy project for which I had a week to complete. After a call with the hiring manager, I was brought onsite for a round of interviews with different team members, and a tour of the office. Ultimately, we couldn't match on salary expectations so we did not move forward.
