Applied online and contacted about a week or two after sending the application. Over the screening phone interview and then on-site interview. The on-site was with the team and each lasted about thirty or so minutes.

Recruiter screening, take home test, followed by a total of seven other interviews No feedback offered whatsoever by recruiter post rejection despite the time invested but they have the gall to send out a survey asking for your thoughts on the process?!

Very lengthy process. They asked me varying questions about my knowledge anime, how I would market a certain show and my proficiency in Japanese.
I met with at least 5 people. They also asked questions to see how I would fit the company culture.
