It was fine, a lot of short term ghosting here and there. They emailed, i answer promptly, but then they take days to get back to me. First applying mid June, start interviewing end of June. Then 2 days later, I was interviewed by hiring manager, the next day they let me know I'm going for the next/final round that's the panel interview. My panel was in mid July, the recruitment team kept me updated often, which was nice. After the interview, they told me i would heard back in a few days. I never did. I asked for an update after 2 weeks, but thry ghosted me, the wholeeee team. It's been a month since then, no rejection, nada. In a way, i do like the whole process, but I would really appreciate it if they just told me i didn't get the job or something.
