I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Crystalski (Surbiton, England) in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview process was straightforward, there was a writing task first and then an in-person interview, which included lots of questions about how you deal with specific situations (rather than directly about your experience). There was also a written grammar test at the in-person interview. I think they could have been more upfront about the salary and in-person working requirements (role was advertised as hybrid) to save us both a lot of wasted time.

Interview has 3 stages
stage 1 : Online application where you add your CV + cover letter and answer three questions with a maximum character limit of 200
Stage 2 : Online situational judgement test and personality test (The Situational judgment test is the hardest part but the notes as it gives you good insight on the job and is consequently good interview prep)
Stage 3: Interview on their online platform first they ask to confirm basic details, then they move onto more situational judgment ask what you would do in a scenario then they move onto standard interview questions
Long, online process and not very personal. Where you must complete tests before your even given an interview. I’ve you select your interview date and time the interview itself lasts about 45 minutes over their online platform
