Interview process as usal of every companies there are 3 rounds of interview have to cleared. Finally HR round , They conduct interviews for 2 weeks , shortlisted people onboarded into in house training after that They evaluate each person by assigning task and performance in overall .

Informal and friendly it was and 1:1 Interview arranged over a cup of coffee and discuss on my experience and achievements. When a contract became available matching my experience and skill set a further half hour interview was carried out with the client before acceptance
